Modern single-storey villa with good standard and quiet and scenic location, 9 km from Ellös on western Orust. The house is located on a hill with a beautiful view of the area. The spacious plot borders forests and meadows where small game and moose like to look past. Around the house is a large lovely wooden terrace where you can choose to sit in the sun or shade. The house is perfect for the larger family or group who want to live in an unobstructed location with proximity to the sea and many attractions. Here the whole family will enjoy themselves! The house has a bright kitchen with dining area and all amenities, living room with large sofa group that serves as an extra bed suitable for children, and TV corner. Three bedrooms, one larger with a double bed, one has two single beds and the third has a bunk bed and an extra pull-out lower bed. Two spacious bathrooms, one of which also includes a laundry room. Many nice hiking trails and walking areas in the area with rich berries and mushroom fields. On the plot there is also a small nice pond. (It is important that smaller children are kept under supervision). To Strömsholm’s nice swimming area with sandy beach you have about 5 km. Experience the archipelago and the fishing villages around Orust. Take the ferry to Käringön or Gullholmen, visit charming Mollösund and Hälleviksstrand. Also do not miss a trip to Malö and Flatön via free car ferry. Here you will find the famous Handelsman Flink with restaurant & café. 9 km to all services in Ellös which also has a very nice swimming area. If you are interested in shopping, you should not miss a visit to Göksäter with the bargain department store Arvid Eriksson, which is popularly called "Little Ullared" and is only 5 km from your home. Nöjesstaden Göteborg 70 km. At Orust there are opportunities for many activities - kayaking, diving, fishing, playing golf or just enjoying the tranquility and the beautiful nature.
