Enter the home into the bright and open main living space decorated in a clean, contemporary, coastal vibe complete with gorgeous, coffered ceiling, hardwood floors, high end furnishings, and large TV. The upgraded kitchen, which is an ideal spot for hosting, has new appliances including a few standouts like dual ovens, a gas range with flat-top grill, and a standalone ice-maker, as well as a large central island with three counter-height chairs. The dining area has floor-ceiling windows, allowing in an abundance of natural light and scenic views, high ceilings with beautiful chandelier, and a large round dining table that seats 6-8 guests for meals. Both the living room and dining room have direct access to the spacious screened porch, perfect for enjoying an outdoor meal or your morning coffee.
The primary bedroom, which is located on the first floor of the home, features a king bed, TV, deck access, and an en-suite bath with separate vanities, a spacious shower, and a jacuzzi tub. For convenience, there is a full laundry room with washer, dryer, and utility sink as well as a half bathroom on this main level. Heading up the stairway encased by beautiful ship-lap walls and high ceilings, you’ll find the home’s four other bedrooms, each with large bed (queen, king, king, queen) and private bathrooms.
Head out back to enjoy the home’s unique outdoor space, including private in-deck pool, lounge chairs, and grill. You could spend all day relaxing by the pool and taking in the island’s one-of-a-kind views. For some other outdoor activities, this home is just steps the Preserve nature trail and the Blue Heron Pond observation tower and a short stroll over to the Bass Creek dock for kayaking and fishing. And of course, the white sandy beaches are just a short bike-ride away!
