Welcome to the Kiawah Island vacation home of your dreams! This spectacular 7-bedroom seaside manor spans over 4,500 square feet of beautiful interiors, not to mention the extensive amount of exterior space and private pool. Your search for the perfect rental ends here!
Step through the foyer into the airy, open living space that looks like a page torn right out of Southern Living - with shiplap accents, custom built-ins, and beautiful furnishings. Light pours in all around from the floor-to-ceiling windows. The floor plan flows seamlessly into the kitchen, with chef-grade appliances and everything you’ll need to make a meal. You’ll find yourself wanting to cook even on your vacation! The dining table offers seating for eight, with four additional seats at the expansive kitchen island. There is breakfast nook with table right off of the kitchen area, with seating for six more.
The first of seven bedrooms is on the main level. A gorgeous king primary suite, with en-suite bathroom and access to the pool area. The bathroom boasts double vanities along with a soaking tub. Take the stairs to the second floor where the remaining six bedrooms can be found, six of which have their own respective en-suite bathrooms.. Two bedrooms feature king beds, both with TVs and balcony access. One bedroom has two twin beds with TV, and another a queen bed with en-suite. The sixth room has a twin with trundle bed and TV and shares the bathroom with the last bedroom. The final bedroom is a beautiful, large room with a second living area and two sets of bunk beds, totaling four twin beds, located on the third floor bonus room. A dream space for the kids in the family!
The defining feature of this already-stunning property is the outdoor spaces that will allow you to really immerse yourself into vacation mode. The private pool area out back is the perfect place to take a dip after a long day in the sun, or grill out with your family. Spend your evenings on the screened porch enjoying the coastal breeze. Oh, and did we mention that the beach is just a short stroll away? For added entertainment, there are fun games such as corn hole and table tennis in the garage rec room. Cable TV is provided in the living room and bunk bonus room. The other TVs allow streaming service only.
The combination of space, outdoor features, and proximity to the beach makes this home a rare gem. You’ll truly find yourself never wanting to leave!
