Located on a quiet cul-de-sac just beyond the second security gate, this home is conveniently located near the Marsh Island Park Viewing Tower, Osprey Point Golf Course and Clubhouse, and The Sanctuary hotel. Beach access is an easy bike ride down a paved trail.
Native live oaks and palmettos frame a welcoming entry porch with Ipe flooring and a mahogany door with full sidelights. Indoors, an open plan flows comfortably from room to room with sophisticated interior detailing and tasteful furnishings. The living room features a coffered ceiling, custom built-ins that flank a gas fireplace, and wall-to-wall windows and glass doors that open onto the pool deck. French-style cabinetry with bead-board accents and floor-to-ceiling windows define the eat-in kitchen, which has a large center island with breakfast bar-seating for four, arched doorways, and direct access to the screened porch. Just beyond the kitchen is a built-in desk, pantry, and utility room.
Located on the main floor, the master suite is illuminated by a large bay window, which houses a seating area. The adjoining master bath offers a private water closet, dual vanities, walk-in shower, and soaking tub. Upstairs three guest rooms join an upstairs family room. One guest room with a comfortable king bed is an en-suite, and the other two (a third king and a room with two bunks with a total of four twin beds) share a bath. Outdoor living abounds with a large saltwater pool with sun shelf and spa. Surrounded by cable railing, the pool deck is large enough for lounging, grilling, and alfresco dining with the screened porch nearby for year-round enjoyment of the lush, maritime forest surroundings.
Private saltwater pool can be heated for an additional $175 per day (four day minimum required). The homeowners have generously provided beach towels and chairs. There is a ping pong table and board games for rainy day fun!
As our guest, you will have access to 5 Championship Golf Courses – including The Ocean Course – the location of the 2021 PGA Championship; The Kiawah Island Resort Tennis Center - #1 ranked by Tennis Resorts Online; Free Wireless Internet Access;. Local Property Management staff is on hand in case of emergencies and their friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff can assist you with any needs throughout your stay.
No smoking and no pets allowed. Fireplaces are off limits for guest use. For your safety, a security monitoring device is located outside the home.
