Everything you are looking for in a beach vacation is right outside the door of this 1 bedroom Seagrove Villa. Located on the first floor, it has everything you need and more for a relaxing vacation. It’s all about the location and is centrally located within walking distance of the Grand Pavilion, Conference Center, Villages, and Wild Dunes shops and restaurants. Most importantly it is 50 yards away from the sun and sand! The Seagrove Villas is a wonderful community of well maintained condominiums, lush greenery, and community pool and is the perfect location to be close to the resort center.
Upon entering the villa you are greeted by a bright open floor plan. The kitchen area is fully equipped and has plenty of space to enjoy a home-cooked meal. The large counter island and bar provides seating with three additional bar stools. With beautiful hardwood floors, the living space is comfortably furnished with a queen size sofa sleeper and has a flat screen TV. It is open to the dining table which seats 4 guests. The bedroom includes a king size bed and TV. The beautiful bathroom has a custom tiled shower and new vanity. For convenience, the villa includes a washer and dryer and wireless internet.

The City of Isle of Palms recently announced that they will be conducting a beach renourishment project designed to restore and protect the island’s shoreline. The work is planned for July - November 2026, specifically this area August - September. During your summer vacation, you may see construction equipment, pipelines, or temporary work zones on portions of the beach. Work areas will move throughout the project, and beach access may be adjusted in localized sections while construction is underway.
