Situated between the beautiful live oaks in the West Beach Village on Kiawah Island, this one bedroom, one bathroom villa is an ideal spot just minutes from the beautiful, sandy beach. Located on the second floor, and tucked back in a little neighborhood off of West Beach, this is the perfect setting for a quiet vacation getaway.
The condo includes tile flooring throughout, and a modern kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The open floor plan combines the living room, dining room and kitchen area. The living room has a flat screen TV, and the condo is equipped with complimentary Wi-Fi.
Also, relax on the rocking chairs out on the screened in porch and enjoy the nature and wildlife of Kiawah! Not a bad way to spend an afternoon.
The master suite is located just off the main entranceway and contains a comfy king size bed, TV, and updated private bathroom with new countertops and tiled walk-in shower. This property is great for couples or solo adventurers!
