This gorgeous four-bedroom, 3.5-bath home is on one of our most popular streets, Ocean Green and Silver Moss. Sitting right on the cul-de-sac and peninsula of Silver Moss, this home has magnificent views of wildlife and the Turtle Point golf course. The house is just a minute’s walk to the beach and the neighborhood pool. The footbridge across the lagoon takes you straight to Atlantic Beach Court to cut through to the beach.
The home has a bright, open floor plan with a kitchen, living room, and dining table. The kitchen has everything you need to enjoy a homemade meal. The living room offers comfortable seating and a large flat-screen TV. The expansive screened-in porch overlooks the 18th hole of the Turtle Point golf course. This space is an additional room inviting outdoor dining, socializing, and a nap on the Charleston porch swing. You will love watching the golfers and the wildlife passing through. The
