This beautiful 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom home is perfectly located at the end of the cul-de-sac in the popular Ocean Green/Silver Moss area of Vanderhorst Plantation. With a community pool just down the street and the beach a quick walk away, this is the perfect home for family gatherings.
Welcoming you to the home is a large front porch with lounge chairs. Inside, the bright and open floor plan incudes a dining table seating six, comfortable living room, and modern kitchen with high-end appliances. This space opens onto a huge screened-in porch with multiple sitting areas, golf course and lagoon views, plus a gas grill. There are three guest rooms on the first level. A queen suite with a private bath that looks onto the front porch, a bedroom with two twin beds overlooking the back porch, and a queen guest room (with twin bunk over top) that share a full bath. Also located on the first level is the washer and dryer.
Upstairs are the two king suites, both containing a king size bed, sitting areas, and a private bathroom. One of the suites features access to the upper balcony with golf course views.
