The Seagrove community of well maintained condominiums, lush greenery, and community pool is centrally located within walking distance of the Grand Pavilion, Conference Center, Villages, and Wild Dunes shops and restaurants. In addition to location, this amazing villa is newly renovated! From the brand new kitchen and bathroom, to the new furnishings, everything speaks luxury.
Upon entering the villa you are greeted by the new modern kitchen which includes custom cabinetry, quartz countertops, and upscale stainless steel appliances. The large work area and bar provides seating with four bar stools. An open floor plan offers ocean views from the kitchen to the balcony. With beautiful new hardwood floors, this space is comfortably furnished with a sleeper sofa, dining table seating four, and a large mounted television. The king size bedroom also includes a flat screen tv. Luxury continues into the new bathroom with a custom tiled shower and new vanity. For convenience, the villa includes a powder room and a washer and dryer.
The City of Isle of Palms recently announced that they will be conducting a beach renourishment project designed to restore and protect the island’s shoreline. The work is planned for July - November 2026, specifically this area August - September. During your summer vacation, you may see construction equipment, pipelines, or temporary work zones on portions of the beach. Work areas will move throughout the project, and beach access may be adjusted in localized sections while construction is underway.
