Upon entry, the bright and comfortable furnishings welcome you to the lovely living area with plenty of room to gather. The dining area sits in between the living room and kitchen, by the windows over looking the lagoon in the back yard for sunlight and bird watching. The dining table seats 8 comfortably and open to the main areas of the home. There is even a screen porch for you to enjoy! The fully equipped kitchen is just beside the dining area, complete with upgraded appliances and new countertops. There is also a powder room off living room for convenience.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- The minimum age requirement for rental is 25 years of age. Trailers, boats, RVs, motorcycles and unregistered golf carts are not allowed in the Resort. No pets are allowed in short-term rental units in the Resort without owner approval. The home is non-smoking and smoking is prohibited. All guests must adhere to parking allotments and occupancy allowances to avoid additional fines. No parties or events are allowed. Refrain from hanging towels and clothing from balconies. Fireplaces are not for guest use and outdoor grilling is not allowed at rental units, under local fire code. Fireworks are prohibited. Please respect the island’s quiet hours between 10PM-10AM.
