The modern and comfortably furnished apartment consists of an open kitchen-living area with dining area and exit to the large balcony / terrace. There is also a bathroom with a rain shower with steam bath function and underfloor heating. A television with Blu-Ray player and a soundbar with Bluetooth connectivity provide entertainment and a bioethanol fireplace provides cozy warmth. There are three bedrooms in total, each with a double bed and a flat screen TV. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and can be easily reached by elevator. There is a parking space available for you. Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
