Fantastic Villa in almost walking distance from Puerto Pollensa. Aproximately 1 Km after Puerto Pollensa, a sign “La Vinya” leads to a small way away from the main road. At the end of this path we find the lovely house “La Vinya”. Surrounded by nature and some olive trees, the house is in a quiet place away from the louder roads. A wide parking area invites to park the car (or bicycles) and enter the main entrance of the house. The hall is spacious and very high. In front of us there is a staircase that leads to the dormitories in the first floor. Here we find three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one in suite and the other one with bath. Back to the entrance we look at the left side and find ground floor bedroom and a bathroom (shower). Straight on there is the sitting-dining room, passing the kitchen at the right side. Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
