Cozyly furnished living room with air / air heat pump and wood burning stove. There is a TV with Chromecast and wireless internet. Open kitchen with i.a. dishwasher, ceramic hob and cooker hood. There are four bedrooms divided into two with double beds and two with single beds. Bathroom with whirlpool and sauna for relaxation. Terrace with good garden furniture, barbecue, fire pit, view of a beautiful garden / natural plot of 1291 m2 and separate exit to nature area. Not for rent to youth groups.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
