This luxurious, detached chalet for a maximum of 12 people is located on a sunny slope in the heart of Mühlbach am Hochkönig in Salzburgerland and offers beautiful views of the surrounding mountain landscape.
The chalet offers 4 large bedrooms (3 with en-suite bathrooms), 2 of the 4 bedrooms have an extra bunk bed, a fourth bathroom, a modern, spacious living room, an open, fully equipped kitchen and a private wellness area with sauna and shower. There are thermostats in the living room, kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms that allow you to set the desired temperature of the underfloor heating. This chalet also has a double garage and a large garden, a washing machine and dryer and a ski storage room with ski boot warmer.
Against the backdrop of the Hochkönig, 34 lifts, 120 km of slopes and countless ski huts invite you to ski between the three towns of Maria Alm, Dienten and Mühlbach.
In summer as well as in winter, Mühlbach am Hochkönig, part of the Unesco Geopark "Ore of the Alps", is an ideal starting point for your vacation! In the immediate vicinity you will find many opportunities for mountain biking, golf, glacier skiing, paragliding, hiking and horse riding. In just a few minutes by car you can reach the slopes of the Hochkönig ski area, a beautiful and snow-sure ski area with 120 kilometers of slopes. The family and small ski areas of Hinterreit and Hochkeil also offer a special charm.
In summer, the outdoor pool in Mühlbach, the Sommerstein adventure outdoor pool in Maria Alm, Lake Zell in Zell am See or Lake Goldegg offer plenty of bathing fun!
There are enough shops for daily needs and a good selection of restaurants right in the town, and you can reach the state capital of Salzburg in about 1 hour by car.
