Ohana Hut sits in the coastal town of Deepwater, Gladstone Region. Where you can explore pristine beaches, national parks, little towns, and other exciting attractions. The perfect farm stay QLD getaway is close to surrounding towns such as Baffle Creek is 10 minutes away, and Bundaberg is just an hour's drive from the property. Our local recommendations: - Wreck Rock Café in Baffle Creek offers homemade meals from burgers to pizzas, pies, cold beer, and coffee. - Moore Park Beach offers 20 kilometers of pristine shoreline. The northern end is ideal for Four Wheel Driving, while the southern end is popular for swimming. - Deepwater National Park is a coastal national park dedicated to preserving dunes, coastal heaths, and other natural wonders. Just a 15 min drive from Ohana Hut, with easy access to 4WD. - The Rustic Farmhouse Cafe at Oyster is a lovely rustic café on a farm, with fresh produce, toasties, coffee, sandwiches, delicious cakes, and pastries. Opens from 9AM- 4PM from Sat to Tues. - Rules Beach is the only beach left on the Discovery Coast with easy access to 4WD and the way to reach the mouth of Broadwater creek. It is also a dog-friendly beach and is 20 min from Ohana Hut. - Baffle Creek is one of Queensland's few remaining undisturbed coastal rivers and is world-renowned for its fishing, and tributaries of the Baffle Creek River System provide ample fishing, boating, and canoeing. - The Paperbark Forest Boardwalk in Agnes is designed with stepping stones and boardwalk planks to help visitors wind their way through the wetlands. It is a short 20-minute walk through some beautiful wetland scenery. - Agnes Water is a beautiful little seaside town with beaches great for surfing, snorkeling, and other water sports. There you'll also find restaurants/cafes and a little shopping centre where you can stock up on essentials and groceries.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
