Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

  • 1) Please note that a pre-checkin link will be sent to you after the reservation is confirmed. During this process, you will need to:
  • - Sign a rental agreement
  • -A $40 Damage Waiver will be charged. This is a non-refundable “peace of mind” fee that will give the Guest the peace of mind of not being charged a high fee for damages in the event of an accident that causes damages to the property. Guest will be covered for damages up to $1,500. If damages exceed $1,500, the card on file will be charged to cover anything above $1,500.
  • - Provide a picture ID
  • 2) Pet policy: this property is pet-free. Please inform your host if you have a service dog.
  • 3) This is a smoke-free environment
  • 4) For same-day bookings, we reserve the right to push the check-in time to 6:00 PM
  • 5) Please respect our quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM.
  • 6) Please only use the parking garage that is dedicated to your unit.
  • 7) Please do not tape the walls, or do anything that damages the paint. Any damage is sole responsibility of the Guest.
  • 8) No parties or gathering allowed. Please do not use any glitter/confetti inside the apt
  • 9) For stays of 14 days or longer, an additional cleaning fee of the same amount as the original fee will apply
  • 10) Host reserves the right to enter the property with reasonable notice for inspection or to address necessary maintenance issue.
  • 11) No more than 8 people (for 1 and 2BD properties) and 12 people (for 3 ad 4Bd properties) allowed in the property at any time
  • 12) Guest who books must be 21 or older and must be present at check-in and throughout the stay
  • 13) For guest's safety, there are cameras on the premises. No undisclosed camera or recording devices are inside the property
