The bedroom features a cozy queen bed, smart TV and offers a unique view overlooking the pool. For train enthusiasts, you can catch glimpses of passing trains right from the window.
The living room includes a comfortable sleeper sofa perfect for additional guests.
About Hyve
The unit is located on the 4th floor of a new 6-story building, The Hyve. This brand-new building offers the best of both worlds: the services of a hotel, such as on-site host, security, pool, and gym with Peloton bikes, combined with the comfort of having an entire apartment to yourself! Enjoy the convenience of complimentary on-site parking, available on a first-come, first-served basis.
GUEST ACCESS
Come and go as you please! Seamless self check-in with smart locks. Full access instructions are provided two days prior to arrival. To access your unit, go to the lobby and take the elevator to the 4th floor. Unit 417 is located at the end of the hallway on the right hand side.
PARKING
The building offers a free, secured parking garage on the upper level for guests and owners, with 34 spaces available on a first-come, first-serve basis (we kindly ask to limit to one vehicle per reservation). An on-site paid public parking garage can be found on the lower level. In this public garage, Hyve guests can park for a flat rate of $20. Free street parking is also available. EV Charging is now available in both garages.
If you are arriving using a ride-share service, you will be dropped off in front of the building on 7th Ave S. Please use the ramp/walkway to the lobby. Use the Latch App to open the lobby door. From there, you will either see us in the lobby or find your way to the elevator and up to your unit for self-check-in.
We are on site every day 9 am-5 pm and available to meet and greet our guests. Find us in the lobby if you need anything during your stay. We look forward to meeting you!
This property is located in Pie Town, a developing neighborhood adjacent to The Gulch and SoBro, and within walking distance to Broadway, The Music City Center, and The Bell Tower. Many party buses start and stop down the street. It’s a very convenient location, away from the hussle and bustle of Broadway, yet just a few minutes away!
