Life’s a Beach is Gulf front seclusion at its finest! With180 degree panoramic Gulf Front views, this home is designed to maximize the beauty of Cape San Blas from both inside the home and out. You’ll enjoy the soft, sugar white sands our area is known for while having privacy and tranquility.
This updated home with a modern open concept living, dining and kitchen space is the perfect space for everyone in your group. Three bedrooms and a sleeping loft (all with ensuite bathrooms) give everyone their own private space. The elevator services 3 floors of the home (top floor master can’t be accessed with the elevator), WiFi, a landline for your use, TV’s in each bedroom, and ample parking. All bed and bath linens are provided. We do not provide beach towels.

Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
