This large multi-level 4-bed/3-bath townhome is located minutes from the slopes, hiking, and biking! Close to town, shopping, restaurants, and bars. This split-level home is a perfect getaway for groups or families, and is only steps away from the city’s free shuttle bus. In the summer, enjoy the large outdoor pool, patio, and grill - just feet from your property.
On the main level you will find a bedroom with a king bed, and an attached bath. You will also find a pull-out couch in the living area. The upstairs primary bedroom features a king bed, and a private en suite bathroom. On the lowest level you will find one room that has a twin-over-full bunk beds, another king bedroom, and a bathroom. Please be aware:
Upstairs primary bedroom is loft-like, it has visual privacy but no bedroom door.
The twin bedroom is not closed off. You must walk through that room to access the other bedroom and bathroom.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
