The kitchen is fully stocked with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove top, coffee maker, air fryer; including dishes, silverware, pots/pans and utensils - everything you need for a home-cooked meal. You can enjoy a meal at the kitchen’s bar top or eat at the large dining table in the dining room.
There is a King primary bedroom with a TV and ensuite bathroom, and a 2nd bedroom with two twins. There is a second full bathroom adjacent to the second bedroom, and the sleeper sofa in the living area allows for extra sleeping capacity.
The living room offers a cozy fireplace, and a TV with cable. Off of the living room you can find a patio w/ comfortable seating, a propane grill, and shades that offer privacy.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
