With 2 master king suites, 2 Queen Rooms and 2 custom built bunks rooms, this lovely coastal home can easily accommodate 16. The fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances has everything you need to prepare large meals or snacks for the beach. The living area has plenty of "sink in" comfortable seating and a large flat screen TV that’s perfect for watching a family movie or sporting event. If you need a break from the beach or just want a relaxing evening, the large usable outdoor living space will not disappoint. Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
