It was completely renovated in 2023 with high-end amenities, making it a true jewel of the French Riviera. You can enjoy an exceptional sea view directly aligned with the Bay of Villefranche-sur-Mer. It is also ideally located next to the village and 200 meters from the sea, allowing you to enjoy perfect vacations by walking to restaurants and beaches.
The villa offers a spacious living room, a beautiful dining room with direct access to the terrace with several dining areas. The perfectly designed veranda kitchen benefits from exceptional light and offers luxury equipment; it is the atypical living space of the villa and highlighted by a grotto.
The 4 rooms all have sea views and are distributed as follows:
On the first floor: 1 Master bedroom with a shower room, a dressing room and a balcony and a bedroom, with shower room with hammam system, a dressing room and a balcony.
On the second floor:

You will be able to enjoy the perfectly exposed pool area as well as its garden, sea view, and sun loungers designed for sunbathing.
To this, you have the possibility of an independent studio with its kitchen, its shower room and its bedroom for two people.
