With 2200 square feet of living space, this 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom retreat comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests.
You will enter through the front door and descend the flight of stairs to the main level living area offering a modern mountain flare.
Living Room: Situated just a few steps down is a cozy haven with mountain contemporary décor, a sectional sofa, plush chairs, and a 65” Smart TV with cable. Warm up by the gas fireplace or make use of the nook, perfect for a work space or indoor fun with games on the shelves. Step outside through French doors to the lower-level patio where a soothing hot tub awaits, offering the perfect relaxation after a day of adventure.
Kitchen: You’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, including a gas range. The kitchen also grants access to a back deck where you can enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails. Granite counters and bar seating for four add a touch of luxury to your culinary experience.
Dining Area: The dining area features a wood dining table with chair and bench seating for up to seven guests. Additionally, there’s a 2-seat bistro table for those intimate meals.

Bedroom 2 (Lower Level): This bedroom offers a queen bed and a big bay window that floods the room with natural light. It has access to a Jack-n-Jill bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
Bedroom 3 (Lower Level): Perfect for the kids or a group of friends, this bunk room features full over full bunk beds and a full-size trundle. It also has a TV with cable and access to the Jack-n-Jill bathroom.
