There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of €200 will be charged for smoking.
If you wish for a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. After the authorized check-out time, a fee of €200 per hour will be charged.
If you lose the key, there will be a cost (upon request). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and require our team’s assistance to open the door, there will be a cost of €40 after 7 PM. If the key is left in the door lock (technical intervention required) – cost upon request.
The tenant agrees to allow a member of our team to enter the property for inspection purposes, with monthly visits scheduled for this.
