The upstairs queen-sized bed guest room and a room with 2 twins (at your request, we can place an insert between the beds and convert it to a California King king-size bed) share a full-sized bathroom. All bedrooms have a chaise lounge chair that can be converted to a twin bed. In addition, the large chaise sofa in the living room can accommodate another guest. The house comfortably sleeps 10 adults. Kindly seek prior permission before hosting additional visitors. The guests of Villa Hibiscus have access to the entire property and beautiful landscaping with palm and hibiscus trees. All amenities are provided free of charge. Revel in the spa-like atmosphere with a private dock, boat lift, and pool. (Please note the boat lift is not available at this time.) Enjoy the screened-in lanai with a convenient propane grill, perfect for outdoor gatherings. There are many bars and restaurants to choose from in downtown Punta Gorda. Please utilize the driveway and avoid parking on the street. The garage can accommodate up to 2 vehicles, with 2 additional in the driveway. The HOA prohibits parking trailers, boats, or RVs in the driveway or street. Note: The boat lift is unavailable for use at this property. Please note that there are no recording devices within the interior of the home, nor the back deck, patio, or dock area. A Ring Doorbell is positioned at the front entrance and actively captures both audio and visual information. This property is cleaned in accordance with CDC guidelines. Pets may be allowed with prior approval and a paid $250 + tax per pet fee - please inquire before booking. Early/Late Check-In/Out is accommodated whenever possible, based on availability.
