Experience the epitome of relaxation at Villa Hibiscus, a Tommy Bahama-themed oasis nestled along the water’s edge in beautiful Punta Gorda. The villa is an ode to luxury, designed around a captivating, heated saltwater pool that promises memorable sunsets.

A first-floor master bedroom suite with direct access to the pool is an additional luxury. The upstairs queen-sized bed guest room and a room with 2 twins (at your request, we can place an insert between the beds and convert it to a California King king-size bed) share a full-sized bathroom.
All bedrooms have a chaise lounge chair that can be converted to a twin bed. In addition, the large chaise sofa in the living room can accommodate another guest. The house comfortably sleeps 10 adults. Kindly seek prior permission before hosting additional visitors.
The guests of Villa Hibiscus have access to the entire property and beautiful landscaping with palm and hibiscus trees. All amenities are provided free of charge. Revel in the spa-like atmosphere with a private dock, boat lift, and pool. (Please note the boat lift is not available at this time.)
Enjoy the screened-in lanai with a convenient propane grill, perfect for outdoor gatherings. For those seeking adventure, we provide 2 kayaks, 3 beach bikes, as well as an array of beach gear, or there is easy access to a nearby marina for boat rentals.
Set sail to the Peace River within a mere 10 minutes by boat or take a 15-minute stroll along the walking trail to Fishermen’s Village for various dining and shopping options. Villa Hibiscus is easily accessible by car and conveniently situated near airports, essential amenities, and a charming local beach – all contributing to a seamless vacation experience.

This city has so many parks that you cannot explore them all in one trip. Laishley, Bike Linear, Ponce De Leon, and Gilchrist are the most well-known parks here. Every park offers you and your friends or family something special to do or indulge in.
5. The Harborwalk
A stroll around the Harborwalk will be perfect if you want a laid-back evening with lovely scenery and a refreshing breeze to clear your brain. You may unwind and take in all of Charlotte Harbor’s beauty on the 2.5 mile-nature trail.
You may walk, bike ride or drive to Fisherman’s Village. There are many bars and restaurants to choose from in downtown Punta Gorda.
Please utilize the driveway and avoid parking on the street. The garage can accommodate up to 2 vehicles, with 2 additional in the driveway. The HOA prohibits parking trailers, boats, or RVs in the driveway or street.
Note: The boat lift is unavailable for use at this property.
Please note that there are no recording devices within the interior of the home, nor the back deck, patio, or dock area. A Ring Doorbell is positioned at the front entrance and actively captures both audio and visual information.

Pets may be allowed with prior approval and a paid $250 + tax per pet fee - please inquire before booking.
Early/Late Check-In/Out is accommodated whenever possible, based on availability. Associated fees are as follows:
