Located on Rua da Alegria, with a direct junction to the center of Porto, you'll be in the heart of the city. There’s much to enjoy in the area such as the Chapel of Souls, Via Santa Catarina Shopping, the famous Majestic Café, or the São João Theater, all places that will fill you with admiration. To enjoy traditional Porto and Portuguese dishes and to fuel your energy for exploring, there are excellent restaurants nearby, including the typical Francesinha at Café Santiago or more traditional Portuguese food at Abadia. At São Bento Train/Metro Station, bus number 500 is a great public transport option for those who want to travel further and discover Porto's riverfront. The line starts at this station, passing through Ribeira, along the river, Foz, beaches, and ending at the Matosinhos Market, where you can savor fresh fish and find a variety of regional products. Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
