Located on Rua de Santa Catarina, right in front of the most photographed chapel in Porto, the Capela das Almas, and the famous Mercado do Bolhão, this apartment is ideal for families on vacation, friends, and professionals working in the Invicta city. You will be surrounded by the most distinctive tourist spots such as: Capela das Almas, Rua de Santa Catarina, Teatro Nacional São João, Avenida dos Aliados, Estação São Bento, Torre dos Clérigos, Livraria Lello, Rua das Flores, and much more. Around the apartment, there are various local shops, supermarkets, shopping centers, restaurants, cafes, and pharmacies. The closest metro station is Bolhão, just 150 meters from the apartment. For those who like to venture further, we recommend taking bus number 500, which departs next to São Bento station. It will pass through the Porto riverside, the Douro riverfront, Foz, Matosinhos beaches, and ends at the Mercado Municipal de Matosinhos, where you'll find a variety of fresh fish and regional products from the north of the country. Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
