In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourist tax has come into effect. The amount of €2.00, included in the price of your stay, applies to guests over the age of 13. It is charged per person, per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights. There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of €200 will be applied for smoking. If you wish to request a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. A fee of €200 per hour will be charged for unauthorized late check-outs. If you lose the key, there will be a charge (upon request). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and need our team’s assistance to open the door, there will be a charge of €40 after 7:00 PM. If the key is left in the lock (requiring technical intervention) – cost upon request. For reservations of 28 nights or longer, we have a limit for water, electricity, and the internet/TV package expenses, amounting to €150. If these expenses exceed this amount, the excess will be charged to the guest. The tenant agrees to allow the host’s representative to enter the property, if requested, for an inspection, with monthly visits expected for this purpose.
