Located on Rua de Mouzinho da Silveira, a street that honors the notable and industrious liberal reformer, José Xavier Mouzinho da Silveira, you will be surrounded by the city's most iconic landmarks. The beautiful Rua das Flores, just 400 meters away, leads to the Ribeira, one of the oldest areas in the city, where you can enjoy views of the Douro River and the Dom Luís I Bridge. We recommend crossing the bridge and heading to Cais de Gaia to savor Porto wine at Casa Ferreirinha or visit the WOW Multi Experience Centre. The Ferreira Borges Market, Palácio da Bolsa, Avenida dos Aliados, Clérigos Tower, Galerias de Paris, and Rua de Santa Catarina are all within walking distance of the apartment. The best public transport option is São Bento Train or Metro Station, located about 400 meters away, with several bus stops nearby. A tip is bus 500, which departs from São Bento Station and travels along the Douro River’s shoreline, passing through Foz, the beaches, and ending at the Municipal Market of Matosinhos, where you can find regional products and a variety of fresh fish. On the same street, you’ll find craft and jewelry shops, cafés, and restaurants. The Cardosas Parking Lot (paid) is 270 meters away from the apartment. We would love to welcome you! Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
