Located on Rua João das Regras, near Praça da República, the apartment is in a city center area close to some of Porto's most sought-after streets. We recommend walking down Rua do Almada, heading towards the famous Galerias de Paris, shopping at Praça Carlos Alberto, strolling through the iconic Avenida dos Aliados, Rua de Santa Catarina, Praça da Batalha, and the Sé Cathedral, or visiting the Miradouro da Ponte D. Luís I or Jardim do Morro. Close to the apartment, you can also enjoy the famous Portuguese dish: Francesinha. The apartment is just a 5-minute walk from the Faria Guimarães metro station, with access to all metro lines, or 8 minutes on foot from the city's main station, Metro da Trindade. In the vicinity, you'll find cafes, restaurants, local shops, bus stops, and the Porto General Headquarters. To explore the city's riverfront, we recommend boarding the number 500 bus near the São Bento Train and Metro station. This line starts in downtown Porto, passing through Ribeira, the Douro River waterfront, Foz, Matosinhos beaches, and ends at the Matosinhos Municipal Market, where you can taste some of the most typical seafood and regional dishes from northern Portugal. Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
