You will have at your disposal a T3 apartment featuring a cozy living room with a sofa bed and a dining table, a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable suite bedroom, two double bedrooms, and a bathroom with all the necessary amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. For your convenience, the apartment is equipped with air conditioning, a washer and dryer, a dishwasher, Wi-Fi, and a TV with channels. Book now! Because Liiiving is easy. We are available for our guests! Key collection is done at our Welcome Center — at Rua de Fernandes Tomás 471, Porto — where you can meet our staff! We have a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of 200 euros will be applied for smoking. If you wish for a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. Unauthorized late check-outs will incur a charge of 200€ per hour. In case you lose the key, a replacement cost will be charged (subject to consultation). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and require our team to unlock the door, a fee of 40€ after 7 PM will apply. If the key is left in the door lock (requiring technical intervention), the cost will be determined upon consultation. To make Porto even more appealing, the municipal tourist tax has come into effect. The amount of €2.00 — already included in your stay — applies to guests aged 13 and over. It is charged per person, per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights. For stays of 28 nights or more, there is a limit on utility expenses (water, electricity, and internet/TV package) set at 230€. If this amount is exceeded, the extra cost will be charged to the guest. The tenant agrees to allow the host’s staff to inspect the property whenever requested, with monthly visits expected for this purpose.
