The residence features 4 bedrooms. On the first floor, you will find a comfortable en-suite bedroom, a beautiful office with a work desk, and a guest bathroom. On the second floor, there are 2 cozy bedrooms, each with 2 single beds and a balcony; a second en-suite bedroom with a spacious balcony offering views of the surrounding area, and an additional bathroom equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. In the living area, you will find a spacious living room with a dining table and a large balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a storage area. We recommend picking your favorite book and enjoying it in the residence’s cozy reading space. For your convenience, our apartment is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms, a towel heater, a washer and dryer, a dishwasher, a Smart TV with channels, and Wi-Fi. Book now!!! The amount of €2.00, included in the stay price, applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person, per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fine of €200 will be applied. If you wish to have a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. After the scheduled check-out time, without prior authorization, a fee of €200 per hour will be charged. If you lose the key, a fee will be applied (subject to consultation). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and require our team’s intervention to open the door, there will be a charge of €40 after 7 PM. If the key is left in the door lock (requiring technical intervention), the fee will be subject to consultation. For reservations of 28 nights or more, there is a utility limit of €270 for water, electricity, and internet/TV package. Any amount exceeding this limit will be paid by the guest. The tenant agrees to allow access to the property for inspections whenever requested by the host, with monthly visits expected. We offer a transfer service that will take you to the apartment!
