The fee of €2.00 included in the price of the stay is for people over 13. It is charged per person per night for a maximum of 7 nights. For bookings of 28 nights or more, we have a limit of €150 on the cost of water, electricity and the internet/television package. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be paid by the guest. The tenant undertakes, whenever requested by the host, to allow a member of the host’s staff to inspect the property, and monthly visits are planned for this purpose.
