There is a zero tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum charge of 200 euros will be applied for smoking.
If you lose your key, you will be charged a fee (on request). If you leave your keys inside the apartment and need our team to open the door, there will be a charge of €40 after 7pm. If the key is forgotten in the door lock (technical intervention required) - cost on request.

You may also be lucky enough to attend a concert by the Lapa Church's Great Pipe Organ. Less than 200 meters away you'll find the Faria Guimarães metro station, which will give you quick access to all of Porto's public transport. Less than 900 meters away on foot, you'll find yourself in the city center, on the emblematic Avenida dos Aliados or the famous Rua Santa Catarina. Don't forget to stop by Ribeira to enjoy the view of the River Douro and the Gaia pier. In the vicinity of the apartment, you'll find cafés, restaurants and stores. Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
