The key collection is made at our Welcome Center - located at Rua de Fernandes Tomás 471, Porto - where you can meet our staff! We have a zero tolerance smoking policy on the property. If our team detects any evidence of this rule being violated (e.g. smoke smell, ash, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of €200 will be applied for smoking. If you wish for a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. After the authorized check-out time, a €200 per hour fee will be charged. If you lose the key, there will be a charge (price upon request). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and need our team to assist with unlocking the door, there will be a charge of €40 after 7 p.m. If the key is left in the door lock (technical intervention required), the price will be upon request. In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourist tax has been implemented. The fee of €2.00 will be charged per person, per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights, for guests aged 13 and above, and is already included in the cost of the stay. For reservations of 28 nights or more, we have a limit for water, electricity, and internet/TV package expenses of €150. If this amount is exceeded, the additional cost will be paid by the guest. The tenant agrees, whenever requested, to allow a representative from the host to enter the property for inspection, with monthly visits scheduled for this purpose.
