There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of 200 euros will be charged for smoking. If you wish for a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. After the authorized check-out time, a fee of 200€ per hour will be charged. If you lose the key, a cost will be charged (subject to inquiry). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and need our team to open the door, there will be a 40€ fee after 7 PM. If the key is left in the door lock (technical intervention required) – the cost will be subject to inquiry. To make Porto more attractive, a municipal tourism tax has come into effect. If you are thinking of bringing your pet, please note that the final price shown in your reservation includes only one pet. If you bring more than one, please contact us. The €2.00 tax is not included in the price of the stay, it applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person per night for a maximum of 7 nights. For bookings of 28 nights or more, there is a limit for utility expenses (water, electricity, and internet/TV package) of 230€. If this limit is exceeded, the guest will be required to pay the excess. The tenant agrees, whenever requested by the host, to allow a staff member to enter the property for inspection purposes, with monthly visits expected.
