Welcome to Prince of Tide! Prince of Tide is a newly renovated and cozy 2 bedroom 2 bathroom property situated just 2 short miles south of Bryant Denny Stadium. The Bedrooms/Bathroom: The master bedroom has a King sized bed with a private en-suite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a Twin-XL over Queen bunk bed and twin over Twin bunk bed. The second bedroom has access to a hallway bathroom with a combo tub shower. This property can sleep up to 7 people (4 adults plus children). Bedroom 1: King with Private Bathroom with walk-in shower Bedroom 2: Twin XL over a Queen bunk bed and a Twin over Twin bunk bed. The Outdoors: There is a sweeping backyard with plenty of shade and is fully fenced-in with a privacy fence. There is a swing, porch, and a propane grill for your tailgating needs! On cooler nights, enjoy the wood burning fire pit and roast some marshmallows! Only 2 cars are allowed to park onsite. We are here to make your stay a wonderful one. We know we’ve done our job well when you ask about coming back to stay with us again. We love having repeat guests, because it feels like family or close friends coming home for a visit. Please don’t hesitate to reach out with questions! *Please Read Prior to Booking: *Check-in time is 4:00pm CST, unless prior written permission has been granted by management. Early check-ins are available upon request, pending availability. There’s a $50 charge per hour, plus tax/fees. Please note, we are unable to confirm an early check-in until 24-48 hours prior to arrival as the property is still open for booking.* *All reservations made within 2 weeks of date of arrival are subject to require in person Government Issued ID verification.* *Please be aware that upon booking, you will be required to sign the Bama Vacation Rentals forms and submit photo ID verification directly with our property management company texting system called AKIA. This will also be the primary platform used for communication.* *If your selected property offers the use of (trundle beds, upper bunks of bunk beds, roll-aways, futons, or flip sofas) these beds will not be made up in advance. Linens are provided and should be stored with these beds.* *A maximum of two pets are allowed with a pet fee of $100 per pet. If you have additional pets, you must receive permission in writing from management and pay additional pet fees.* *There are exterior security cameras located at the front and back of the property. These devices may not be tampered with, covered, or unplugged by guests.* *For stays that are longer than 2 weeks, please be aware that you will be charged an additional cleaning fee.
