Casa Evita is a 4 bedroom, 4 bath beachfront house in Las Conchas with spectacular views of the Sea of Cortez. This beautiful house can be rented as a 4 or 3 bedroom. Master bedroom, on the west side facing the ocean, with Queen bed and private bath. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds and a private entrance from the carport. The third bedroom has a Queen bed and a private bathroom with Jacuzzi. Bathroom 3 is handicap-ready with grab bars and no steps located in the hallway. Bedroom 4 is on the back and detached from the main house with 2 twin beds, full sofa bed, private bathroom and kitchenette. The main house living area, includes Wireless Internet, DVD, Flat screen smart TV, Phone, couch. The kitchen is fully equipped with all major appliances; dishwasher, stove, microwave, blender, and coffee maker. Purified water dispenser Hot/cold with two 5 gal. jugs provided. Other amenities include: Mini splits throughout the house with heat and cold, ceiling fans, and outside shower, covered patio with patio furniture, Stackable washer and dryer, open landscaped patios with firepit and a Gazebo on the dunes, big upper deck to enjoy breathtaking sunsets along with a margarita, or two. Sheets and towels provided. The owner requests No Smoking Inside. House-broken pets (max 2) are accepted with a security deposit, but the pet should sleep in their pet bed and never be left alone in the house unless it is in their pet cage.
There is a 2-night minimum stay during the week and a 3-night minimum stay during weekends in March, April, May, June, October, and all holidays.
