Seas Your Dreams Port A Condo is located off of Station Street, off of Avenue G, which leads right to the Gulf of Mexico! The location is well known for its easy access to 11th St, Ave G, the beach and restaurants, dining, shopping, and entertaining. It’s also in the golf cart zone. Guests can rent a golf cart from Coastal Eds! We encourage you to book the golf cart with Coastal Eds as soon as possible, we cannot guarantee availability if you choose to delay booking. Pulling into the resort, Seas Your Dreams is the corner condo next to the beautiful saltwater pool. Parking underneath with 3-4 small to regular-size vehicles. Larger/longer vehicles may not be able to fit 4. The entrance leads you upstairs to the main floor with a full kitchen, well stocked for meal prepping, cooking, serving, and dining, with 4 bar stools, a dining table, and chairs/bench. The kitchen and living spaces are open-concept with a flat-screen TV and oversized sectional sofa. This is the perfect place to relax after a day at the beach. There is a washer and dryer closet on this main floor as well. This main floor also has the master bedroom with a King Bed, flat screen TV, closet, and private bathroom. Upstairs leads to a common area with a daybed, chair, and TV. This upper floor also has 2 bedrooms: A queen with a private bathroom and a bunk room with twin/full/twin. Guest bath access from the common area. Head to the 2nd level outdoor patio to check out the sea breeze and view! Want to see the ocean and Port A? Take the metal, circular steps up to the observation deck - see beach to bay! This fantastic view puts you at bird eye level, complete with the best sunrises, sunsets, and fireworks (from local events on holidays, etc.). Getting lost in your vacation in the eagle’s nest observation deck is easy! Ready to come in from fishing or the beach and want to chill in the pool? Steps away from Seas Your Dreams is the saltwater pool and super cool wall mural. You will definitely feel the beach vibe here! Rinse off with the surfboard shower and swim in this beautiful pool. It is turned on Friday mornings and off Monday mornings. Temp is set to 88 degrees. We have no control over the pool heater and temperature. - Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we can’t guarantee that you won’t hear/see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay. - Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time. - Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitos/pests can be plentiful several times per year. - This home allows up to 2 dogs for a fee; undisclosed pets brought without Property Manager’s approval may result in a $500 fine per pet. - Please note that the maximum occupancy includes infants and babies. Ensure that the total number of guests, including little ones, adheres to the specified occupancy limit. Parking Details: - Parking is available for 2-4 vehicles depending on size. - No boat parking at this location. --- The room configuration is as follows: Primary Bedroom / King bed Bedroom 2 / Queen bed Bedroom 3 / Double and Single Bunk bed w/ Trundle Living Room / Day bed This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees. There is nothing more important to us at Property Manager than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We’ve enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions. As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards. IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit. We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud. Licence number: 586891
