Outdoor adventure is guaranteed with several trails just seconds away from your stay. When you’re not busy hiking, sit back and enjoy lake views from the deck and soak in the bubbling warmth of the hot tub. Within 10 miles of your stay, discover the Historic Stateline Fire Lookout, Sand Harbor, Old Brockway Golf Course, Tahoe Vista Recreation Area, and Mt. Rose Ski Tahoe. The chef in your group will adore the gourmet kitchen’s stainless-steel appliances, plentiful meal prep space, and ample natural lighting. Family meals can be enjoyed at the wooden dining table. After dinner, head to the game room with poker table, and Super Chexx table await hours of fun! The loft will be loved by everyone as a perfect spot to watch movies and play board games. Each bedroom ensures restful slumber under soft linens. A private dry sauna is located off the primary bedroom, and the bathrooms feature walk-in showers and heated floors. Parking of these vehicles is not permitted in the driveway or on the street, in accordance with local regulations and HOA rules. Note on Map Distances and Beaches: The platform automatically generates distance estimates (e.g., "5–10 minutes to the lake"). These are not added or controlled by us as the host. Some of our properties are located close to Incline Village’s private beaches; however, access to these beaches is restricted by IVGID (Incline Village General Improvement District) and is only available to property owners. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide guest access to these private beaches. We kindly ask guests not to leave negative reviews for lack of lake access, as this is clearly explained in our listing’s notes section and is outside of our control.
