The fully remodeled kitchen feature granite counters, new cabinetry, pendant lighting over the kitchen bar, stainless and white appliances and a Keurig coffee maker. The dining area, just past the kitchen, seats 4 comfortably with additional seating for 4 at the kitchen bar. The living area is furnished with new, plush furniture. This room also has a wall-mounted flat screen TV and access to the private patio area. The patio has seating for 4 with sweeping golf course views. The main bedroom features a king bed, wall-mounted flat screen and access to a renovated private bathroom with double sinks and a large, tiled tub/shower combination. The guest bedroom features a queen bed and access to a hall bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower. (*Starting in April 2025, the bed for this room will be a queen bed instead of two twins!)
