This 4th floor waterfront condo offers gorgeous views from every room. There’s no better location to view to watch the boat traffic by day and the seasonal fireworks by night! The open concept floor plan offers a spacious living area with a Smart TV, electric fireplace and access to the balcony through sliding doors. The dining area is in between the living area and kitchen with seating for 8. The new kitchen has stainless appliances and plenty of cabinet and counter space. Guest can enjoy views of the harbour through a wall of windows in the living area while cooking their meals! Uniquely, each bedroom has access to a balcony. The main bedroom, located to the left of the front door, has a king bed, Smart TV and a private bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The first guest bedroom, located off the living area, has a queen bed, Smart TV and a private bath with a walk-in shower. (This room shares a balcony with the living area.) The final guest room, located near the main bedroom, has a set of twin bunk beds and a full size Murphy bed. This room has a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
