Summary
Light, contemporary, spacious waterside home situated on a hillside with stunning estuary views. Set in an acre of landscaped gardens, with panoramic views throughout – five generous bedrooms (two en-suite) and an open-plan living space with a modern, well-equipped kitchen and large dining table - ideal for families or entertaining. Outside, the large Hydropool spa adjoins the furnished terrace decking overlooking the river. Pets are welcome. No same sex groups. No groups under 30 years old. Please also note that there is a "Ring" doorbell system at the front of the property, which does record when approaching and accessing or vacating the property.
The Space
Accessed via a private driveway and perched on the hill, The Curlews looks out over the Teign estuary, across to Shaldon and Teignmouth. Stunning views of the ever-changing landscape are seen from every room.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
