A sectional sofa in the living room offers plenty of seating and a view of the balcony and ocean/pool beyond. There is a large flat screen TV, with cable and Wifi for everyone’s enjoyment. Each bedroom is upstairs and has a TV as well. Spectacular ocean views from every room! Watch the dolphins cross the Point at high tide - twice each day - from your private balcony. At low tide, you can walk right out onto the beach. At high tide, the beach access is just a short golf cart or bicycle ride away. Just steps away from pool, golf course and beautiful beach at low tide. Shoulder your golf bag and walk 70 yards from the condo door to the first tee of the newly revamped Ocean Point golf course! The second golf course, designed by Davis Love III, is a short golf cart ride away and was rated, ’...one of the top ten new courses you can play...’, by Golf Magazine. The complex has a beautifully landscaped courtyard, complete with a grilling area A 4 seat golf cart is included with your rental (excluding monthly rentals). Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary form of transportation. It is a great way to leisurely take in the natural scenic beauty of the island and an excellent way to visit our unique amenities.
