All four 2nd-floor bedrooms have 1 queen bed, a dresser, a closet, and bedside tables on each side. The fifth bedroom downstairs has 2 queen beds, 2 closets and a dresser. The sixth bedroom has 2 twin beds, a closet, and a dresser. Features of the property include a wide-open main floor plan with privacy in bedrooms when needed. Spacious foyer when you enter the house, a great place to take off flip flops and empty beach bags before going upstairs. The laundry room is just to the left of the main entrance and has a full-size washer and dryer and 2nd refrigerator. An ideal place to put wet beach/pool towels to have ready for the next day! The large screened-in porch is furnished and leads directly to the propane grill and newly renovated deck and boardwalk. The property is streaming only and includes YouTube TV to allow you to access your choice of live TV, Amazon Firesticks in each room with High-Speed Wireless Internet (one room has a roku tv). Take a walk down your private boardwalk that is partially submerged underwater at the highest tide.
