Quaint 2 bedroom old fisherman’s cottage in the heart of Southwold, within a stone’s throw from the beach, the greens, pubs, restaurants and boutique shops. A perfect base for your beach holiday, or to explore the surrounding areas of natural outstanding beauty. The cottage is dog friendly.
The cottage is in a quiet street and within walking distance of all the local amenities. A gated small front yard leads to the front door. You enter into the open plan living /dining room which has a small sofa and 2 armchairs, dining table and chairs. Dual aspect windows make this a light and airy room. There is a Smart TV and Panasonic DVD player.

The bright, light filled kitchen is on the left hand side and is equipped with gas hob and oven underneath, integrated dishwasher, washer / dryer, Krups coffee machine, fridge and freezer, toaster and kettle.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

House Rules

  • No access to attic allowed
  • Bikes are left at the property, and are available to use at your own risk, (bike pump/locks etc in house)
  • Dogs are not allowed on furniture or upstairs.
  • Please note that the bathroom window actually overlooks the neighbours garden so careful when opening the blinds!
