This home is in the Sandown Community and offers 2 master bedrooms, a guest room, 3 baths and ample outdoor deck space. Open and airy, beautifully furnished, including a 65" TV in living room with sound bar and includes Netflix and Prime. The views across the 10th and 18th holes of the Ocean Point Golf Course to the Atlantic Ocean are spectacular. Private pool for Sandown only.
A 4 seat golf cart is included with your rental (excluding monthly rentals). Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary form of transportation. It is a great way to leisurely take in the natural scenic beauty of the island and an excellent way to visit to our unique amenities.
Also included with your rental are up to 8 guest cards, with a value of up to $400. These cards are required for access to all resort amenities, including golf and tennis courses, restaurants and bars, swimming pools, and more....

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
