Welcome to "Sand’s Hideaway", a relaxing and wonderful getaway for your perfect beach vacation. This is a stunning oceanfront property with 5 bedrooms and 4 and 1/2 baths. It is centrally located on the 24/7 beach with a stones throw to the ocean. The many windows provide gorgeous sunrise and sunset views. This house also offers a screened in porch and large deck, Oceanside, to sit back and unwind, enjoying the delight of being on the Coast. The first floor master bedroom has a king size bed with an en suite bath and TV. The other four bedrooms are on the second floor, which include two rooms with queen size beds, one room with two queen beds, and one room with a king bed, each with their own TV’s. There are 3 bathrooms on the second floor which include an en suite and a Jack and Jill bath. Enjoy the comfort of the loft area for quiet reading, an afternoon nap, or relax on the adjoining balcony.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
