What We Love
This magnificent townhouse offers elegance and modern living. Connected to the outdoors, find a restorative escape with your own secret garden nestled in picturesque Maroubra. They built the entertaining space around the wonderful garden. A long open plan room moves from a modern kitchen with breakfast bar, to a circular dining table, into a contemporary corner sofa and TV - all overlooking the floor-to-ceiling glass doors, which pull back to reveal your private oasis. The garden really is the jewel of this home. A huge granite table greets you as you step onto the decking, perfect for dining al fresco, and hosting a barbecue party. Green succulents twist between mirrors and fountains, creating magic in this relaxing outdoor escape.
The two upper levels of this townhouse open up to three bedrooms. The master has a Juliette balcony overlooking your garden and boasts an ensuite for the ultimate privacy and convenience. The other two bedrooms are classy double rooms, with soft carpets and calming decor. You’ll also find a full bathroom, with a deep statement tub. Guests can also enjoy access to a shared circular pool and spa tub, surrounded by loungers and shared by neighbouring residents only.
Maroubra offers the ultimate escape back to nature, with whale watching spots, hiking and rugged coastline on your doorstep, not to mention the friendly restaurants and cafes, most of which boast stunning sea views. An ideal day in Maroubra should involve a swim (a surf if you’re keen), a walk, a perch on a lookout, and a feast of yum cha or a pick-me-up from one of the beachside cafes, of which there is no shortage.
Famous for surfing, you’re minutes from Maroubra beach. If you’re brave enough, pick up a board and catch some waves, or just top up on your tan in this surfer’s paradise. Overlooking the beach, you’ll find the Arthur Byrne reserve and Malabar headland park, which are great for picturesque hiking spots. You can also find a great spot of Golf at the nearby Randwick Golf course or explore the neighbouring Coogee for the exquisite food scene, and effervescent neighbourhood.
