Just three blocks away, the County Center/Little Italy Trolley Station and Santa Fe Train Depot offer seamless connections, including access for guests traveling from Los Angeles and other cities, serviced by Amtrak. While a car isn’t necessary to enjoy your stay, we offer onsite parking for added convenience should you wish to drive. Plus, with San Diego International Airport just 2 miles away, your arrival and departure are quick and hassle-free.

- Guests are required to complete a Pre-Arrival Checklist, which includes a virtual ID check, and the option to request early check-in (subject to availability). We operate through a Virtual Front Desk, and self check-in is entirely contactless. We’ll send you instructions on accessing our property and your Kasa before you arrive. Questions? Contact us 24/7.
- Kasa welcomes one dog or one cat per unit, and a pet fee will apply based on the length of your reservation: $20 per night for 1-6 nights; $16 per night for 7-28 nights; or $8 per night for 29+ nights. Please refer to our Guest Accommodation Agreement regarding the dog breeds we allow at our property.
- Paid parking is available on-site at $50 per night. Additional vehicles may also be accommodated for a fee.
- Luggage storage is available
- Housekeeping services are only provided upon request at an additional cost per cleaning.
- There is a seasonal, onsite pool and BBQ which will be closed and unavailable for use between Labor Day and Memorial Day. Contact our guest experience team if you have any further questions about onsite amenities and their availability.
