Important Information:
• Smoking is not permitted inside the house. Smoking is permitted outdoors.
• A refundable security deposit of $500 is required. Electricity usage will be deducted from the deposit; the remaining balance will be refunded.
• Damage protection insurance up to $3,000 is automatically included with the booking.
• Pet fee: $150 per animal per stay.
• For security purposes, a doorbell camera is installed at the front door. There are no cameras inside the house or on the pool deck. Full privacy is guaranteed.
